TIME TO HEAL SUMMIT 2024 is for participants who are open to education, idea swapping, alternative practices, journeying, fun and healing. Please be aware that people may have trigger moments at this type of event so please be understanding and empathic. There will be trained Trauma Informed Practice staff, quiet spaces and signposting at the event for anyone who needs a break or more information to aid them.

DO I NEED A TICKET FOR EACH DAY OF THE LIVE SUMMIT?
A ticket is either required for each day of the Live Summit though you can take up on the discount offer by buying the 2-Day ticket and SAVE £20.00 per person.

Each ticket admits 1 adult.
​
Each Live ticket also gains you 6 FREE months access to the Online Summit.
DO I NEED A TICKET FOR THE ONLINE SUMMIT?
If you would only like to attend the Online Summit you need to purchase and Online Summit ticket from our shop.

This gives you 6 months access (starting 21st June) to the Online summit as well as footage from the two days live on the 22nd & 23rd of June.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND THE FESTIVAL?
Due to the nature of the event it is 18+ only. Babies 12 months and younger can attend for free.
CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT?
No, the summit is open from 10am-7pm each day- Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd June but there is NO facility to stay on the venue overnight.
ALCOHOL/ DRUGS
Due to the nature of the Summit please be aware NO ALCOHOL & DRUGS are permitted on the venue and anyone possessing will refused entry or be asked to leave immediately.

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, there is hardstanding carpark for cars, vans, minibuses, coaches etc. next to the venue that is free of charge.
Vehicles are left are there own risk.
IS FOOD AVAILABLE ON SITE
Yes, FRESH ROOTZ Award winning caterers will have a van on site on site open for the whole duration of the summit.
They do a wonder array of colours and flavours cooked in front of you on a open fire cooking stove.
Cakes including Vegan, dairy & gluten free will also be available to purchase.
Free drinking water available on site and other drinks can be purchased from vendors.
No alcohol allowed on premises.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY TICKET PRICE?
Your ticket included all of summit talks, workshops and activities.

The only activity that costs is the Smoothie Bike but you will receive a fresh made Smoothie and all profit from the drinks will be donated to The Wave Trust Charity.

There will be food and goods stalls that will be selling products for those interested.​
DO I NEED TO BOOK THE WORKSHOPS?
All workshops are free however as Yoga, Reiki and Soundbathing all have limited places you will need to book a slot to secure your space. There is no charge for this.

After purchasing a Summit ticket you will receive instructions on how to book any slots or go to the Book Online section of this webpage however you will need your ticket number to be able to book.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY EQUIPMENT FOR WORKSHOPS
You will be provided with a yoga mat for any workshop and any other necessary equipment.

You can feel free to bring your own mat or other equipment.
ARE DOGS/ ANIMALS ALLOWED?
Due to the nature of the event and the other livestock on site only assistance dogs will be allowed on site and must be on a lead at all times. Dog bins are provided on site.
ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
There will be some seating provided but feel free to bring your own picnic blankets, camping chairs, deck chairs etc.
The site is values itself on being
eco-friendly so please follow rubbish guildlines on site and use correct bins provided.

There are full working toilets and sink with cold hand-washing water, anti-bag and paper towels in each cubicle.
