Two days of summit focusing on Healing, Trauma Informed Practice and Mindfulness.
Featuring International Live Guest Speakers from all over the world discussing topics such as ACE’s(Childhood Adverse Experiences), The Healing Journey, Journaling, Hypnotherapy, Stigmas around Healing, The Responsibilities of the Social & Education Sectors and many more.
Workshops for all including Yoga, Reiki, Forest Sound Bathing, Mindfulness Art &Crafts, Animal Therapy, Equine Therapy, plus Q&A sessions with our experts.
The Market Area includes charity and signposting/information stands as well as hand-made local products, homeopathic products and local cuisine.
Throughout the day there will be live music performance & at 6.30pm celebrate with us around our Summer Solstice Bonfire. A time to sit in nature and absorb the benefits of the outdoors with likeminded family and friends.

By Plane: Arrive into Birmingham International Airport arrivals and head for taxi stand or use Monorail to get to Birnmingham International Interchange and follow train instructions below
By Train:
Either from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International Interchange, Coventry or London Euston choose direct train to Hampton-in-Arden station.
On exiting the Train Station cross directly over the road and onto Old Station Road. Walk for 0.5 miles. The site is on the right hand side of the road just before the entrance to The Grove.
By Bus:
On exiting the bus please proceed to Hampton-in Arden Train station (about 50 yard from either Solihull or Coventry bus stops)
Directly opposite Hampton-in-Arden train station proceed onto Old Station Road. Walk for 0.5 miles. The site is on the right hand side of the road just before the entrance to The Grove.
By Car:
Directly opposite Hampton-in-Arden train station proceed onto Old Station Road. Drive for 0.5 miles. The site is on the right hand side of the road just before the entrance to The Grove. As soon as you enter the main roadside gates proceed 25 yard down driveway to carparking area.
