An hour of slow, all levels stretching, strengthening and movement for the whole body coupled with breath work and meditation. Limited places.

Cancellation Policy

To secure a place in this class you must be the holder of a Time To Heal Summit 2024 ticket for the appropriate day. You must be able to provide your ticket number when you receive your Workshop Booking Confirmation Email. Please add us (seedlingproductins@outlook.com) to your address book to make sure any correspondence does not got to Junk/ Spam. Yoga mats/ blankets bolsters will be provided free of charge however you are welcome to bring any of your own equipment. Please inform us by email or speak to workshop leader prior to the session if you have any disabilities or injuries you would like her to take account of. All workshops are practiced at your own risk and the management takes no responsibility for injuries that occur during the session.
